On December 11, Watson’s Gainesville office set to visualize their 2020 goals: what they want and what they will do to get there. Hence the double vision!
Participants created actual vision boards to conceptualize and forecast their goals.
“The double vision board session was very motivating for me and a lot of fun. As we found our pictures and phrases, we talked about what we all want for 2020, which helped further flesh out our goals and how to reach them. I look at my board every day and get freshly inspired!” said Gainesville associate, Pam Gretter.
