Kicking off the New Year with vigor & gusto, all of the agents in the Watson North Jacksonville office received their very own copy of Ninja Selling, the basic foundation for Watson's Training program.
In the spirit of embracing the Ninja Selling program, the North Jax agents came together to develop a unique office theme for 2021 entitled, "Collective Consciousness: Embracing Positive Change.” The idea came about as a way to move toward implementing our brand-new CRM & website. The theme was created by the office’s Executive Committee, including five new agents varying from novice to experienced and all diverse.
“With a new CRM and website, our agents need to embrace Watson’s new technology then then couple that with learning from our past,” said VP/Managing Broker of the North Jax office, Reginald Robinson. “We will build confidence which, in turn, will create successful, thriving businesses for our agents.”
