St. Augustine Watson Office Gets a Makeover

 Several years in the making since Covid hit and called for a pause in renovations, our Watson St. Augustine office finally got its long-awaited makeover. Renovations concluded this past August, and the results are not only impressive, but key to our agents’ success.


The renovation included an overhaul for office space, a meeting room, a brand-new kitchen, and entryway. Watson Construction Group aided in all of the renovations.

VP/Managing Broker of the St. Augustine office Dianne Pittman says the renovation was very-much needed and the goal was written on the wall (the wall of the office, that is).

“Our wall decal quote says it all – our goal is to maintain a warm and inviting office environment that fosters positive relationships and produces successful results!” said Pittman.

The brand-new kitchen area features a sparkling island, stainless-steel refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher, and all-white Shaker-style cabinets for a coastal look. This new kitchen space allows for agents to host events for clients and enjoy an inviting and modern break room while working for customers.

The meeting spaces are complete with updated conferencing equipment allowing delegated rooms for meeting with clients, vendors, or simply getting work done. The lounge area boasts comfortable chairs and a projector screen for training or presenting to clients. That way, our agents can present to buyers or sellers in a professional environment with sleek, responsive tech that will impress.

Currently, the office is also getting a timeline graphic for the hallway interior to demonstrate Watson’s growth and historical changes over time.
