Also in the Halloween spirit were associates from the Amelia Island office who participated in the Nassau County Parks & Recreation’s 2nd Annual Halloween Festival on Friday, October 28, held at the Yulee Athletic Complex from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Administrative Assistant Jessica Fine organized the event by securing a booth, handling set-up logistics – to include utilizing their Watson Realty Corp.-logoed pop-up tent – and arranging to have treats and Watson giveaways for Nassau County children and their parents.
Drawing over 2,500 people, the free festival boasted approximately 58 booths at their “Trick-or-Treat Alley”, face-painting booths, and kid-friendly inflatables to include a 60’ obstacle course, corn maze, and a large baller wipeout challenge. The festival also offered hay-rides and featured costume contests for children, adults, families, and pets. All proceeds from the face-painting booths and concession stands went toward the Yulee Basketball Association, a local club dedicated to teaching young athletes how to maximize their tactical abilities and enjoyment of the game.
Associates Fran Farnsworth, Susan McEwen, Kim Price, Juley Henry, Lisa Fine, and broker Mike Hagel, along with Jessica and her husband Dallas and daughter JJ, handed out candy to eager trick-or-treaters along with Watson jar openers and business cards attached to goodie bags.
We can’t think of a more festive way to promote yourselves on a spooky Friday night!
