Watson Associates Are Sweet on Sails

Associates, brokers, and managers from the Duval Station, Hidden Hills, Hodges, Nocatee, Orange Park, San Marco, Sunbeam, and Westside offices can now add “Accomplished Chocolatier” to their resumes as they attended a truffle-making contest at Sweet Pete’s in downtown Jacksonville on Tuesday, February 28 to celebrate office achievements and victories.

The event was held to celebrate the winners of “Sails Wars,” a contest where associates earn points and win prizes for executing listings and sales, prospecting new clients, and partnering with Watson’s Family of Services. The contest began on February 1, 2023, and will continue through June of this year where the Grand Prize winner will receive $500.00 towards a cruise of their choice. But along the way, to keep the competitive spirit high and the rewards flowing, contestants are eligible to win monthly prizes like $100.00 gift cards based on their performance within their offices. The participating offices compete against each other and have names that coincide with maritime themes like The Orange Park Landsharks and The Westside Marauders.

In attendance at February’s celebratory truffle-making event were roughly 30 associates from the various offices led by brokers and managers Amanda Feagle, Samantha Heflin, Kim Ard, Kevin Evans, Shannon McLeod, and Neil Bridgers. A special thanks was given to Kyle Coe, President of House Master Home Inspections and his wife Jessica, who sponsored the event.

Nothing beats making (and eating) chocolate truffles to motivate and incentivize your associates!!
