‘Tis the season…
On Saturday, November 18, the Watson Oakleaf office hosted the Claus, Crafts & Cocoa: A Watson Oakleaf Community Event to celebrate the holiday season.
From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., children and their families were able to meet Mr. & Mrs. Claus (A.K.A. Sallie and Fred Ross from Watson Fleming Island!) for photos. “Fred and I had a fantastic time dressing up as Santa and Mrs. Claus, bringing smiles and holiday cheer to all,” said Sallie Ross.
Families walked around and enjoyed on site food trucks for delicious treats, made arts and crafts, decorated cookies and enjoyed free hot chocolate and popcorn.
According to Branch Manager Kevin Noel, the event was a huge success with over 100 photos taken with Mr. & Mrs. Claus! “It was a great time, and the community really enjoyed it and appreciated it,” said Noel.
