The Nocatee office has generated a way for associates to encourage and thank their peers for going Above and Beyond with a monthly award.
Each month, an associate gives the Above and Beyond award to another associate in the office for going above and beyond to assist them or their office in some unique or special way.
A few of the most recent winners include:
Kevin Randolph, who received the award for always offering to do open houses, help set up events with other associates, take floor duty, and always coming in with a positive attitude and smile.
Patti Auchter, who received the award for always being there for the associates, making everyone laugh, taking floor duty, and always checking on everyone and making sure they are all doing well.
Tom Kilarkski, who received the award for always offering to help new associates with their listings/sales, giving advice, always supporting everyone, and “showing us all what ‘living your best life’ means,” said Rhonda.
And Rhonda Hess, who received the award from Tom Kilarski for everything she does for the associates.
