On March 20, 2024, the Watson Orlando SW office along with the Watson Clermont office visited the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) Headquarters and Hearing Chambers in the Department of Business and Professional Regulation in Orlando to attend a hearing on building regulations and compliances.
The sales associates were able to be part of the public hearings on regulations and compliances and had the privilege of meeting the Florida Real Estate Commissioners board.
According to their website, The Florida Real Estate Commission is the regulatory body of the real estate industry, and they meet every third Tuesday and Wednesday of each month to review cases and approve real estate applicants. Hearings are open to the public.
