On February 20, 2024, Watson’s Nocatee office took a trip to the planned community of Seabrook Village for a fun photoshoot.
The Nocatee office, along with Real Home Image photography studio were able to stage and shoot some lifestyle photos of the planned community of Seabrook, as well as of the model homes in the area.

The photoshoot provides excellent resources for marketing opportunities for the desirable community in Ponte Vedra which, according to their website, has approximately 327 homesites in the first phase offering homes from David Weekly, Toll Brothers, Providence Homes, and Riverside Homes.
