On his trip to Central Florida to visit the in-progress Lake Nona Watson office, Mr. Watson decided to make his rounds about town. While in the Orlando area, he popped by VP/Managing Broker Edgar Quijano’s Kissimmee office to pay them an afternoon visit.
Mr. Watson came with Bill III and walked all three floors of the Kissimmee building while speaking with agents and staff. VP/Managing Broker, Edgar Quijano said he made his rounds and was so pleased with what he saw.
“He later came into my office and saw the picture I have hanging on the wall, which is [of] the Grand Opening of the Kissimmee office May 24, 2006,” said Quijano. “He was very happy to see the picture and said, ‘This is the day of my birthday.’

Mr. Watson also saw the office’s outside digital board and praised it for being a great source of communication with the community and the public.
