Transformations, Texas Hold ‘Em and Touring Homes in OP

In January, Watson associates from the Westside and Orange Park offices finally joined forces at the newly renovated Orange Park location.

“The synergy of bringing these two groups together has been amazing!" said Broker Amanda Feagle. "Our combined team of 45 Associates, along with Administrative Staff and Management are committed to a dynamite 2024!"

The office’s theme for success was officially deemed the Gold Rush. Associates act as "prospectors" at the WRC (Watson Realty Corp.) Mining Company. Following the renovations, in February, associates competed in a series of prospecting activities that earned them a buy-in and bonus chips at a Texas Hold'em Poker Showdown held in March. And associates competed to win big prizes!

Associate Ron Williams won the Poker Tournament and earned a grand prize package including $100 in restaurant gift cards, a drone photography package valued at $199, and a $100 Watson Marketing credit (plus, bragging rights!). The first runner-up prize went to Mark Feagle who won a $50 Watson Marketing credit. According to Feagle, the other “prospectors” are demanding a rematch.

The event also included refreshments and door prizes, as well as lots of laughs and mingling.

"In the spirit of Watson's Core Values of teamwork and unity, our associates work hard and play hard together! I'm so proud of this team!" said Feagle.

Additionally, the Orange Park team went a step further to attend a real estate tour on March 19 for a New Construction Luncheon and Tour of Richmond American Homes' Park Trace Community on Jacksonville's Westside. Around 20+ associates enjoyed lunch catered by Panera and toured two Richmond American floorplans in the $300,000 price range. It was an educational and fun experience for all.

Excellent job keeping up the teamwork and unity core values of Watson, Orange Park and Westside offices!
